Phydellys (Phil) Elwin Anderson, 91 of Clarksville, died Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Montgomery Care and Rehab.
He was born February 10, 1920, in Cass County, Minnesota, the son of Charles E. and Elsie Eva Williams Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Irene McMurtry Anderson, 6 brothers, 2 sisters, 1 grandson, 1 great grandson, 1 great granddaughter.
Phil is survived by his children Sherra Mosher (Jim), Muskegon, MI,Jody Jenkins (Denise) of Clarksville, Karen Wilkins of Clarksville, Philip Anderson (Sadie) of Clarksville, Mary Perigo (Willie) of Clarksville, 13 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Tuesday 11:00 AM, October 4, 2011 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Deacon Dominic Azzara officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday and 9:00 AM until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Chad Anderson, Erik Anderson, Brad Anderson, Jeremy Perigo, Scott Sutton and Mark Huerta.
