Also lovingly survived by many brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Saturday, September 24th at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Rose Church, 600 Broadway, Chelsea at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
Born in Maunabo, Puerto Rico 79 years ago, Manuel passed away just before midnight at home after a 16 month courageous battle with leukemia. Prior to his retirement he worked as a carpet installer for Chelsea Floor Covering on Everett Avenue.
