Mrs. Frances LaVerne Waters
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Saturday, September 17, 2011, Mrs. Frances LaVerne Waters, 76, wife of the late William Davis Waters.
Mrs. Waters was a native and lifelong resident of Augusta. She was the co-owner of Waters Van & Car Rentals. Mrs. Waters retired as Senior Personnel Officer at University Hospital.
Family members include her daughter: Diane Cooper (Bobby Peterson); sons: Clifford Eugene Cooper Jr., Glenn Cooper (Donna); John P. Cooper; sister: Mary Ethel Flores; 2 granddaughters, Summer and Savana Cooper.
A Memorial service will be held Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1899 Central Ave. Augusta, GA 30904.
