KARY L. ROGALINSKI, 61, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2011 at VA Medical Center.
He was a truck driver who had formerly worked for the Werner Company and was an Air Force Veteran of Vietnam.
He is survived by his children, Troy Rogalinski (Holly), Kristie Rogalinski Jones (Trevor), Michael L. Frank and Chassidy Thacker; grandchildren, Ethan, Gage, Kody, Shayla, Lydia and Erik; brothers, Charles (Sandy) and David (Dianne) Rogalinski; twin sister, Kathryn Rogalinski Mullins and sister, Janet Rogalinski Hellmann (Steve); and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the volunteers, staff and doctors of 6th Floor North and the Hospice Unit at the VA Medical Center for the loving care and support they provided.
His service will be 11am Friday at the Kentucky Heritage Pavilion in Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road. Owen Funeral Home, Dixie Highway, is entrusted with arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Hospice Unit at the VA Medical Center.
