Died peacefully surrounded by family on September 16, 2011. Preceded in death by parents; brothers George "Jud" & Donald; sister Marie Simon. Survived by wife of 60 years, Lucille (nee Vailencour); children Nancy (Ken) Hauth, Diane (Doug) Willis & Linda (Jamie) Marusich; grandchildren Rick (Beckie) Willis, Michelle Willis, Marissa (Kevin) McCloskey, Mario Marusich, Cody Hauth & Travis Hauth; great grandchildren Natalie, Jackson & Parker; brother Jerome (Mary). WWII Veteran. Member of American Legion Post 39, VFW Post 1350 & Painters Local 61. Avid golfer, fisherman, bowler & 4th of July firework technician. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday (9/20) 10:30 AM at CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 2600 N. Margaret St., North St. Paul. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at church. Memorials may be made to Alzheimers Association or donor's choice.
