Douglas A. Worthington Age 89, of Nashville September 17, 2011. Survived by his wife of 69 years Roberta Rader Worthington, sons, Robert and his wife Carol, Brad and his wife Kim Worthington. Six Grandchildren, several Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1pm Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at Ellis Funeral Home with Pastor Carl King officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.Visitation will be from 1pm until 6pm Monday, September 19, 2011 at the funeral home.
