TEWKSBURY - Jeanne C. (Bowen) Ernst, 76, a former resident of Tewksbury, died Saturday , Feb.21, in Taunton after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Roger J. Ernst, who died in 1976
She was born in Nantucket, Feb. 20 1928, the daughter of the late Lewis J. Bowen and MagdelineSouza.
She enjoyed playing cards, bingo and the company of her dog Michelle.
She was acommunicant of St. Ann's Church in Raynham,MA.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Roger L. "Butch" and his wife Kathleen(Crouse) of Pelham, NH. Lewis J. and his wife Karen (Ings) of Billerica ; one daughter andson-in-law, Deborah and her husband Mark Neville of Raynham, MA; four grandchildren,Kristina and Jonathan Ernst, Eric and his wife Kate Neville, and Ryan Neville; and numerous dearfriends.
HerFuneral Mass was celebrated Thursday, Feb. 26, in St. William's Church. Burial was inTewksbury Cemetery.
