Born Diane Cox to the late Ernest and Beatrice (Poole), she was raised in Cheltenham, UK, in the beautiful Cotswolds region of western England. Diane was a superb athlete as a youth, particularly in track and field. As a specialist in the 100- and 200-yard dash, she attracted serious attention from British Olympic coaches as a potential member of the 1952 Olympic team. Soon thereafter she met her future husband, Edward Jarosz, who was stationed at nearby Brize Norton Air base with the US Air Force. After marrying in Cheltenham in 1955, they moved back to the US and settled in Edward's hometown of Lawrence, MA. She worked for many years at Tyer Rubber in Andover before they bought their first house in 1962 and had a son, David, one year later. Diane was blessed with a warm and generous heart. She treasured interacting with children as a teachers aid in the Lawrence school system and was a very successful administrative placement specialist for more than a decade at Berkshire Associates in Andover. Diane cherished her family and friends, and loved to cook and host holiday celebrations, especially at Christmas. A lifelong animal lover, she was a doting mom to her furbaby, Sonya, and her many grandcats. Once they retired, Diane and Edward enjoyed many years of travel, especially to and from England to spend memorable time with family and friends. They purchased a vacation home in Naples, FL in 1992 and a permanent home in Falmouth Cape Cod to enjoy seasonal split time. They loved their "snowbird" experience together for many years prior to Edward's passing in 1999. Afterwards, Diane settled in the beautiful West Meadow Hill community in Haverhill while continuing to relish in her snowbird lifestyle, enjoying a full social calendar with countless friends in Naples and family in Central Florida. She continued to travel frequently to England to stay with her beloved brother, John Cox, in Cheltenham, and also enjoyed many continental excursions with friends and family. Diane was a courageous woman who possessed inner strength to persevere through extraordinary circumstances. As a child, she survived the blitz, persistent air raids and rations in WWII. At age 89, she overcame a hip replacement and bravely and thoroughly defeated advanced stage lymphoma two years later. In 2023, she consolidated her living arrangements and settled in Heatherwood in Tewksbury where she quickly became an active and beloved member of that community to both residents and staff members. Diane is survived by her son, David, and his wife, Terri, of Tewksbury. She was the beloved aunt of Marilyn Bragg of Methuen, MA, St. John Cox of Taunton, UK, Fran Potvin of Mount Dora, FL, and great aunt to many nieces and nephews in the US and UK. Donald was raised in Somerville and attended Somerville High School. Prior to his retirement, he proudly served as a firefighter for the City of Somerville. In his retirement years, he loved health and physical fitness activities including workouts at the gym and taking long walks. John grew up in Tewksbury and enjoyed playing sports. In his younger adult years John coached Little League Baseball teams for the Shedd and Callery Park neighborhoods in Lowell. He graduated from Merrimack College in 1978 before attending Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1981. Tony was a cherished husband, father, papa to his dog, and loyal friend to many. Affectionately referred to as Dr. Tony, he served countless patients across New England over his 45+ year career as a dentist. He will be remembered for his never-ending conversations, sense of humor, and larger-than-life personality. Tony s memory lives on in his wife of over 30 years, Silvia; daughter Bianca and her fiancé, Jason; son Chad and his partner, Victoria; rat terrier, Ellie; brother-in-law Walter Lorette; and sister-in-law Brenda Lorette, along with so many cherished friends who he considered family. Born in Managua, Nicaragua on February 5, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Gilberto Tercero and the late Soledad (Hoyos) Tercero. She was raised in Nicaragua and attended college in Panama City. In 1971, she came to the United States and settled in Revere where she began raising her family. Through the years Lena worked in manufacturing before owning and operating Tewksbury Driving School. Also, she was a dedicated bus driver for Tewksbury Transit for many years. She is survived by four children, Raymond G. McDonald and his wife Kendra of Holly Springs, NC, Carolyn McCaigue of Methuen, MA, Lisa M. Ameigh and her husband Conor of Shutesbury, MA, and Mary A. Lena loved exploring the great outdoors, including kayaking on the lake or a day at the beach. She also enjoyed going to zoos and farms and being around animals. Phyllis was born in Chelsea, MA, on October 24, 1930, the daughter of Katherine and Chester Tartis. She was one of four children. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Johnny, and her sister, Jessica. She is survived by her younger sister, Pearl Tibbetts. Phyllis is also survived by her children, Christine MacMullin of Manchester, MA, Karen Swartwout of Burlington, MA, and Carl Delvental and his wife Sherri of Fairfield, IL. She was the loving  Nana of Cathy and Rocky, PJ and Christine, Julie and Kevin, and Jill and Otis, and beloved  GranNan to 9 great-grandchildren. Phyllis is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Phyllis was devotedly married to her loving husband, Lewis  Del Delvental, until his death in April 2025. They met at a dance at St. Michael s Parish Hall in Lynn, MA. Del must have made quite the impression, as they married one and a half years later, and remained happily married for the next 73 years. Phyllis and Del first settled in Chelsea, then moved to Stoneham, where they raised their 3 children and remained until retirement. Phyllis was a stay-at-home mom when her children were young. When they grew older, she joined the work force, working as a cashier in the courtesy booth at Star Market in Stoneham, MA. Phyllis loved her job and was a faithful employee for twenty plus years. Upon Del s retirement, Phyllis and Del moved to Tewksbury, where they lived for over 25 years. They loved to travel and went on several trips and excursions within and outside of the United States. They enjoyed dinners, outings and get-togethers with friends &amp; family, and never missed a family celebration. Phyllis had many hobbies and interests. She was always on the go. She was a member of St. William s Parish in Tewksbury and faithfully attended Mass every week. The ocean was one of her favorite places to be and she enjoyed spending lots of time there. She loved to crochet and knit and was always working on a project. She donated many hats, scarves, and mittens to those in need. Every family member has a treasured crocheted blanket handmade by her. Phyllis liked to cook and, especially, bake. Her recipes are a staple at all family holidays and events. She also loved playing Bingo and was a weekly participant and volunteer for many years at the local senior center. Phyllis will be remembered as an eternal caregiver. She took incredible pride in her home and the people in it. A doting wife, mother, grandmother, and loyal friend, Phyllis was always there when anyone needed her. No words can describe how much she will be missed. Jill attended schools and youth groups in Bedford and Tewksbury, MA, where she formed many friendships that lasted throughout her life. She loved spending time at the beach with friends, the quiet comfort of writing, shopping, and expressing her unique sense of style especially through her accessories. She attended St. Mary s Parochial Grammar School and graduated from the former St. Augustine High School. For many years she assisted the City of Lowell during annual elections as a poll worker. In addition, she volunteered at the Lowell Auditorium and the Merrimack Repertory Theater. Donna loved to travel. She visited Europe, Hawaii, Israel, Australia, Italy and her favorite Ireland.
