Jason David Clark, 33, Clarksville, died Sunday, July 26, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Byron Dumas officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born November 2, 1975 in Ft. Stewart, GA. Jason was a employee at Cumberland Grill and a student at APSU. Jason married the love of his life, Sarah Ellen Clark, August 16, 2008. Other survivors include his father, Charles Bruce Clark (Ivette); mother, Angie Cruz; sister, Heather Southall (John), all of Clarksville; paternal grandparents, Audra and Larry Gabbert, Clarksville; maternal grandparents, Myona Lee Cruz, Metter, GA; and Victor Cruz, Republic of Panama; two nieces, Olivia Grace Southall and Michaela Allemand; and nephew, Scott Allemand; three aunts, two uncles, loving dogs (Logan and Morgan); and many friends.
