Loving wife of the late William R. McNulty Jr. Beloved mother of William "Ray" McNulty III of Hingham, Barbara "Bobbie" Driscoll of East Sandwich, Kerin Morales of West Barnstable, Maureen Martin of East Sandwich, Kathleen Rice of Glens Falls, N.Y., Patricia Bullock of Waterville, ME, Terrence McNulty of Hingham, Maryellen McNulty of Clearwater, FL, John McNulty of Cohasset, Thomas McNulty of Scituate and Joanne O'Connor of Hingham. Sister of the late Ruth Baird, Mary Coleman and John McKee. Barbara is also lovingly survived by 22 grandchildren and the late Jane McNulty and 4 great grandchildren.
Barbara was a lifelong resident of Hingham. She was a 1940 Graduate of Hingham High School and a 1942 Graduate of Chamberlayne Jr. College. During World War II Barbara worked at the Hingham Ship Yard. In 1947 Mrs. McNulty and her Husband William formed the Hingham Lumber Company. She also co-owned and operated Freight Shed Treasures in Hingham with her good friend Mary Haley for several years. Barbara was an extremely loving woman who was totally devoted to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed playing bridge with friends and always opened her home to everyone. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Life Celebration Service in Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St., Hingham, Monday at 9:15 AM.
Funeral Mass in Saint Paul's Church, Hingham at 10:00 AM.
Visiting hours Sunday 2-6 PM.
Burial will be private.
