OBIT Evelyn C. Petrin
Hooksett-Evelyn C. (Pelletier) Petrin, 87 of Hooksett died July 30, 2008 at the Elliot Hospital following a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester on April 14, 1921 the daughter of Joseph and Adelaide (Beauchamp) Pelletier and had been a lifelong resident of this community.
She was a loving mother, homemaker and enjoyed crafts.
Members of her family include 3 sons, Ronald Petrin of Bedford, Robert Petrin of Hooksett and Raymond Petrin of Bedford, 4 daughters Mrs. Richard (Rita) Girard of Rochester, Jeanne Petrin of Hooksett, Mrs. Donald (Lola) Lessard and Mrs. Thomas (Diane) Renaud both of Manchester, 15 grandchildren, 2 greatgrandchildren, one sister Pauline Simard of Manchester and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Laurent E. Petrin in 1998, 2 sons Norman Petrin in 2000 and Lee Petrin in 2005 and a granddaughter Karen Girard.
SERVICES:Calling hours will be Monday from 9 to 11 AM at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home 110 Bridge St., Manchester. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 11:30 AM in Holy Rosary Church, Hooksett. Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
