Linda M. (Mahoney) Clough

Dracut - Linda Clough, 44, died unexpectedly, April 19. Born December 16, 1963, Linda was the loving daughter of Frank E. and Alice M. (Toupin) Mahoney of Litchfield, NH. Linda was the proud mother of three children Thomas Robert (TJ), Derek Leonard, and Heather Marie Clough of Dracut. Linda was the wife of the late Thomas R. Clough (9/19/91) and remained at home for her children. Linda was the sister of Mary Frances and Ronald Levasseur of Litchfield, William (Bill) Mahoney of Lowell, Theresa Ann and David Houston of Litchfield, Edward and Janice Mahoney of Tewksbury, Colleen and Timothy Hanna of Sandown, cousin Father James Mahoney and aunt Sr. Margaret Mahoney O.S.F Linda was the sister-in-law to Brian and Maryann Lehman, of Raymond, Ralph Clough, of Derry, and Bernadette Walicki, of Canada. Linda has twenty nieces and nephews, Paul and Peter Levasseur, Brendan and Bridget Mahoney, Kyle, Phillip and John Houston, Alexandra and Brianna Mahoney, Eric and Nathan Morrill and Elyse Hanna, Brian and Kelly Lehman, Ralph, Wendy, Peter and Kim Clough, Bernadette, Christina and Helena Walicki. Several surrogate children and grandchildren. Linda leaves behind a fiancé Robert Richardson, of Billerica, his children Bobby and Shannon, and his grandchildren Aidan and Aaron. Linda will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Linda gave her heart and soul to all of her family, friends and anyone that she touched.

Linda graduated from Lowell High School, 1981 and was a Girl Officer. Linda was involved in St. Theresa’s CYO as a volunteer, and taught CCD classes at St. Theresa’s Church. Linda worked for the town of Dracut as a Polling Monitor during elections and special town voting and was also employed at the Tsongas Arena by the Lowell Devils.

Calling hours are Thursday from 2pm – 8pm at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home on Friday at 10 AM with her funeral mass to be said by her cousin Father James Mahoney at 11 o’clock at Ste. Marguerite D’Youville Parish at Ste. Therese Church on Lakeview Avenue, Dracut. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Chelmsford. For online condolences or directions, visit dracutfuneralhome.com.
