Reverend Larry Fitchard was born May 15, 1953 in Huntsville, Alabama to the late Horace Fitchard and surviving mother, Sally Mae Fitchard. He departed this life on Monday, November 20, 2006.
In the 1980’s, Reverend Larry Fitchard accepted his calling to preach the gospel.
Memories of Larry will forever be cherished by his loving and devoted wife of seven years, Mrs. Anna M. Fitchard; three daughters: Lanette Fitchard, Tanya Shepard (Keenan), and Stephanie Fitchard; son, Kennwin Petty; three stepdaughters: Kisha Simon (Rick), Monique Mills, and Sarah Goodson; stepson, Quinton Nichols; five grandchildren: Tristian Fitchard, Tiana Davis, Tanea Mills, Tamia Mills, and Demond Massey Jr.; six brothers: Pastor Horace Fitchard, Ervin Fitchard, Earl (Deidra), Tony Fitchard (Sorina), Horace Bradley and Jonathan Fitchard; two sisters: Dorothy Fitchard and Doris Bradley; stepbrother, Linda Lewis; also sisters-in-law: Michelle Collins (Roosevelt) and Kara Mills; brother-in-law, John Mills (Connie) and father-in-law, Joseph Mills and the late Sharon Mills, along with a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, co-workers and church family.
