Louis “Patrick” Risolo, 60, of Worcester, died on Saturday, February 22nd, at Bear Mountain at Worcester. He leaves his son, Frank Michaud and his wife, Vanessa Moores; a daughter, Sabrina Risolo; his mother, Jaqueline (Sullivan) Risolo; a brother, Francis Risolo and his wife, Gail, all of Worcester; a sister, Marie Risolo-Hill of West Boylston; five grandchildren, Amyah Michaud, Bryce Michaud, Cayle Michaud, Nilah Risolo, and Amariah Rodriguez; nieces and nephews, Amber, Jade, and Zoë Hill, and Tommy and Bobby Risolo, whom Patrick would spend time with every night; a cousin Paul, who was like another brother to Patrick; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Louis F. Risolo and a brother-in-law, Edward Hill.
Born in Worcester, Patrick graduated from Fanning Trade High School with a concentration in Culinary Arts. His passion for cooking was only matched by his love for life, which he lived with a generous heart and a great sense of humor. Patrick worked as a laborer for various construction companies throughout his life, always showing dedication and a hardworking spirit. He was a devoted member of St. Peter's Parish, where he found solace in his faith and built lasting friendships with fellow parishioners. Known for his playful personality, Patrick was a jokester who could always make others laugh. He had a deep love for collecting, especially comic books and sports memorabilia, which brought him immense joy. Patrick was also known for his legendary luck, often winning the lottery, which he embraced with his signature good humor and gratitude. An animal lover, Patrick had a special fondness for cats. His gentle nature and kind heart left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were touched by his generosity and laughter.
His funeral will be held on Monday, March 3rd from O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a mass beginning at 10:00am in St. Peter's Church, 929 Main Street. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 2nd from 1:00pm until 3:00pm in the funeral home.
