Linda Addis, 75, passed away suddenly from a stroke on September 17, 2024.
She was born on May 4,1949, to Bob and Edna Gifford. Linda grew up in Southern CA. and settled in Ventura, CA in 1970.
She had 4 children and enjoyed being a homemaker. She was a long time member of Ventura Church of Christ.
Once her children were in high school, she became the manager at See’s Candies for 25 years. Her last 10 years of employment were at Oaks Christian School.
Her family was the most important part of her life.
Linda is survived by her 4 children Jimmy, Diana, Jeanette, and Debbie (Tom). Her grandchildren are Alicia (Billy), Ian, Shea, and Tommy. Her great-grandchildren are Joey, Damascus, and Kelly.
She will be missed dearly.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024 at 10am at the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE 757 East Main Street, Ventura, CA 805-643-8623. A reception will begin at 12 PM. RSVP if possible to 805-207-7133.
