Obituary

Myrna A. (Bonifazi) Pasquantonio 82, of Franklin, passed away peacefully, at her home on Sunday June 5, 2022 following an illness. She was the wife of the late Ronald J. "Pesky" Pasquantonio, who died in 1997.

She was the daughter of the late Anthony Bonifazi and his wife the late Mildred Bonifazi.

Myrna was a life-long resident of Franklin. She graduated Franklin High School in 1958 and worked for many years at Ben Franklin Savings Bank and Plainridge Park Casino.

Myrna enjoyed the company of her family and friends, especially for a good game of Monopoly, Gin Rummy, or just talking about life. Myrna was a music lover. She often listened to old-time rock-n-roll and loved to watch her great-nephews' school music concerts.

Myrna's homemade Italian Pizzelle cookies were a favorite during the holidays, one of the first items gone, often times before the main course. Myrna was a great listener; she was thoughtful and diligent in everything she did.

She is survived by her sister Lauren (Bonifazi) DeBaggis and her husband Paul, her nephew Nicholas DeBaggis and his wife Jennifer, along with their sons Brian, Stephen, Joseph, Eric, and Nathan.

She is also survived by her nieces, Pamela (Pasquantonio) Choquet and her husband David, and Phyllis (Pasquantonio) Roy and her husband Rich, and her nephew Perry Pasquantonio, along with many great-nephews, great-nieces, cousins and close friends: Rene Choquet, Brian Choquet, Erica & Andy Maclennan, Jacklyn Longley, Rachael Roy, Jennifer Roy, Linda Sullivan, Daniel & Tracy Hansen, Kayla Hansen, Sarah Hansen, Carol Patete, Linda Dean, and Martha Woolverton-Vitali.

At Myrna's request, her funeral service and burial at St. Mary's Cemetery, Franklin will be held privately.

The Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. is assisting with the arrangements.
