Lauricella, Mary (Mae) Comunale of Malden, raised in Dorchester and also lived in Florida. Entered into eternal peace on August 17, 2020. She was the beloved wife of late James Lauricella of 66 years. Loving & devoted mother of Charles, and disabled son Vincent Lauricella and beloved daughter Maria-Heather Floridia and son-in-law Michael Floridia. Cherished “Grammy” of Cherie & Jeff Troisi and Vincent & Angela Lauricella, and Great Grandmother to Alexa and Juliana Troisi, and Lucia Mae Lauricella. She grew up with five siblings (Ann, Vincent, Rose, Mario and Joseph Comunale, she leaves behind loving sister-in-law Tina Comunale, brother Joseph Comunale, and many dear relatives and treasured friends. She was a woman who exemplified love, comfort, and peace to everyone she met. Her legacy of her love, devotion, perseverance and sacrifice, as well as her great love for cooking and baking….will forever touch our lives. The love and giving of one’s self and the caring way of life she lived was so contagious and admirable. Perseverance through adversity is a powerful lesson that she showed us and gave to us all.
