Carlota Chacon Martinez of Hyde Park departed this life surrounded by her husband and children on June 1st 2016. Carlota was born November 6, 1942 in El Salvador. Daughter of Maria and Pedro Chacon, Beloved sister of Luisa, Nicholas and Jose Chacon. Carlota is survived by her children Ana, Luis, Christian and Juan Carlos, and her 8 grandchildren. Carlota lived a peaceful and joyful life with her dear family and friends. She will live forever in our hearts. Visiting hours will be held at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Monday June 6 from 6-9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church 169 Cummins Highway, Roslindale on Tuesday June 7 at 10AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. | ||||
