Obituary

Penny Lynn Perry or as she often signed her name 1cent, passed away Sunday April 5, 2015. Penny was born to William and Josephine Perry on April 20, 1965. She was a person full of life and had a vibrant infectious personality.

A driven individual who excelled in anything she put her heart into, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Public Health & Business Management all while supporting a family and full time career. Described by many as “their rock”, she placed others before herself offering an “ear to bend” or anything she had the power to give in order to help others through their time of need.
A rare and precious Penny, she touched the hearts of many and will be forever missed, a daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife, a grandmother, an aunt and a dear friend.

Surviving are her parents, William and Josephine Perry; her sisters Terry Perry (Mark Burdick) of Epping, New Hampshire; Alice Perry (Boris Braylyan) of Southington; Patricia Harris (Mark) of Groton; brothers Billy Perry of Ledyard and Michael Perry of North Stonington; stepchildren Jaclyn Jones (Daniel) of Groton and Billy Robarge (Lauren) of San Diego, California; former spouse Bill Robarge of Mystic; nieces Tiffaney Burdick (Eric Eisenstat) of South Berwick, Maine; Michelle Perry of Tacoma, Washington; Becky Perry of Citrus Springs, Florida; nephews Mark Burdick of Epping, New Hampshire; Eric Perry (Danielle Laffargue) of Manchester, New Hampshire; Matthew Perry (Alison) of Floral City, Florida; Mark Harris of Groton; Ali Meredith of Groton; her loving grandchildren Nevaeh and Darius Jones of Groton; her many grandnieces and grandnephews; and her lifelong best friend Sharon Jevons (Scott) of Melbourne, Florida.

Her wonderful spirit, joy, and talents will be celebrated at a memorial service for friends and family at 12 pm on Saturday April 11, 2015 at the Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl Street, Mystic.
