SOMERSET … Sophie (Provocyck) Kostek, 88, of Somerset, passed away on August 7, 2014. She was the widow of the late Joseph Kostek.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Mikolas and Anna (Crukowicz) Provocyck and had lived in this area for 40 years.
Mrs. Kostek enjoyed reading and caring for her home.
Survivors include a Son: Michael Kostek of Somerset, several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph, Michael, Peter Provocyck and the late Anastasia Landock, Helen Boule, Stefania Correia, Mary Allen and Ann Casper.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 9AM at ST. Thomas More Church, Luther Ave, Somerset. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Arrangements by BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway, Fall River, MA
