Appling, GA - Arthur Randall (Randy) Cliett, 59, entered into rest on Friday, November 1, 2013.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 4, 2013 at Platt's Funeral Home Belair Rd. Chapel with Rev. Bobby Coleman officiating.
Randy owned and operated Wisteria Hill Plantation in Appling, GA. He was known for his big heart and he enjoyed helping people. Randy would do anything to help someone in need. He also had a deep love and appreciation for animals.
Survivors include his loving partner of 32 years, Jim Boyd of Appling, GA, his parents, Robert A. Cliett and Lorena S. Cliett of Appling, GA, one daughter, Tabatha Barton of Appling, GA, two sisters, Susan Partridge (Randy) of Evans, GA, Penny Jones (Chris) of Dearing, GA, three grandchildren, Cody Barton, Morgan Barton, and Peyton Barton, loyal companion - Duke, his dog, and many extended family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the GRU Children's Hospital of Georgia, 1446 Harper St. Augusta, GA 30912.
