Robin J. Durrett, 83, of Clarksville, TN, died on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Fieldstone Place. She was born on May 8, 1929 in Covington, Tennessee to the late James C. Jenkins and Martha Lowenhaupt Jenkins.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 3 p.m. at Madison Street United Methodist Church with Rev. Jared Wilson officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 3-6 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home and Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 2 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.
Robin was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. She was a member of Madison Street United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Rob (Judi) Durrett and Jim (Mary) Durrett of Clarksville, TN; two daughters, Marty (Walton) Smith of Clarksville, TN and Anne (Myers) Parsons of Franklin, TN; Winfield Durrett, brother of Marty, Anne, Rob, and Jim; sister, Shelly (Bill) Gray of Clarksville, TN; eleven grandchildren, Cal McKay, Robin Ann Fleming, Chase McKay, Kelly Tschantz, Clay Parsons, Ruf Durrett, Brandon Henderson, Beth Ann Durrett, Jimmy Durrett, Thomas Durrett, and Paulina Masser; and seventeen great grandchildren.
Grandchildren will serve as honorary pallbearers.
