Sandra Lee Perkins, 80, of Londonderry, NH, passed away unexpectedly on Friday April 18, 2025, in the Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH. She was born on June 12, 1944 in Norwood, MA, a daughter of Paul Stergion and Annette Stergion Smith. Sandra worked as an office manager for Saunders Business Services. For Sandra, family was the most important part of her life. She took great pride and care in making meals, hosting Sunday dinners and spending time with the family she adored.
She is survived by her cherished husband of 58 years, George Perkins of Londonderry; her loving daughter, Annette McInnis and husband Edward of Chester, NH; six adoring grandchildren, Julie Trombly and husband Jeff of Derry, NH, Jessica McInnis of Londonderry, Joseph McInnis and wife Ashley of Plymouth, MA, Wayne DeCoste and wife Marcella of San Francisco, CA, David DeCoste and wife Talia of Goffstown, NH, and Nicole McKnight and husband Dom of Buckeye, AZ; seven great-grandchildren, close friends and neighbors, Sherry and Mark of Whitman, AZ, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. She was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Linda DeCoste of Goodyear, AZ and two sisters, Paulette Joyce, of Norton, MA and Loretta Adams of Dedham, MA.
Following cremation, a calling hour will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 9:00 – 10:00am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. A Memorial service will begin at 10:00am in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
