Esther M. Lane, 95

Esther M. Lane, age 95, formerly of Attleboro, Norton and Mansfield, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her adoring on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025 at the Madonna Manor Nursing Home in North Attleboro.
Born in Attleboro, MA on April 8, 1930, she was a loving and devoted daughter of the late David and Hanora (Noonan) Lane.
Esther grew up in Mansfield and was a 1948 graduate of Mansfield High School. Prior to retiring, she had been employed as an office clerk for nineteen years at the former Cook-Horton Company in North Attleboro.
While residing in Norton, she was a communicant of Saint Mary’s Church in Norton and a former longtime parishioner of Saint Mary’s Church in Mansfield. She treasured the times spent with her loving family and when younger enjoyed horseback riding. Esther was also an avid reader and always kept up on current events.
Esther is survived by her much-loved nieces and nephews. She was the dear sister of the late John Lane, Mary Lane, Catherine Lane, David Lane, Theresa Joubert, Paul Lane and Robert Lane.
Burial will take place privately at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield.
