Jason R. Cooper, 44, of Anderson, passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. He was born on December 22, 1980 in Anderson, the son of Robert P. and Sharon (Evans) Cooper. He was a graduate of Anderson High School and had been employed with Target as a team leader for 22 years. Jason had a kind and gentle spirit, and he deeply loved his family and animals.
He is survived by his sister, Lesley (Art) Henning of Anderson; nephews, Jackson and Aiden Henning; niece Maggie Henning; his aunts, Nancy (Jerry) Pitt, Pat Randolph, and Gail Ritter; and numerous cousins.
Jason was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at a later date.
Memorial Contributions may be given to the Madison County Humane Society in Jason’s memory.
