Linda Carol Graham, 79, of Medford, MA, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025 at Stonebridge Assisted Living in Burlington, MA. She was born on December 6, 1945 in Brockton, MA. She was a retired crossing guard for the city of Medford, MA, providing 35 years of service. She looked forward to going to her post daily to cross kids before and after school. She spent many years singing in her church choir and always enjoyed music and dancing. She opened her home to several foreign exchange students for a period of time and she had always opened her door to anyone that needed a place to stay. She loved playing Keno, playing cards and trips to casinos. She loved to be surrounded by people and was happiest spending time with her family and her late best friends, who called themselves, “The Golden Girls,” watching the Boston Red Sox and Patriots games, and eating “goodies.”
She was predeceased by her husband Frederick J. Graham, her parents, Ralph and Phyllis Iovanna, and birth parents, Thomas R. DeSimone and Clara Mae Parsons, and her sister, Matilda DeSimone, and brother, Thomas DeSimone.
She is survived by her son, Frederick Graham and wife, Hollis Dewey Graham, her son, Christopher Graham and wife, Carissa Carrano Graham, her grandchildren Frederick, Christopher, Evelyn and Caden, her sister, Dee Landry and husband George Landry, her brother, Anthony Iovanna and wife, Valerie Iovanna, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with Linda’s family from 9 through 11 am on Friday, March 28th at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 11:30 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
