CHICOPEE – Annemarie E. (Langwieder) Pajer, 87, passed into Eternal Life on March 13, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bischofswiesen, Germany on July 4, 1937 a beloved daughter of the late Andreas and Irmgard (Horn) Langwieder. She enjoyed an active life, traveling extensively; was past president of the Springfield Golden Age Club and enjoyed meeting with her friends at the Chicopee Senior Center. Most of all she loved her family and her many friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband, John J. Pajer. She leaves her five devoted children, Theresa Shaughnessy (Dennis) of France, Deborah Cooke (David) of Worthington, Joan Nelson (Thomas) of West Springfield, John Pajer (Karen) of Leicester and Angela Orr (Lindsay) of Eustis, FL; her loving partner of 10 years, Laurent Chabot of Chicopee; her 12 cherished grandchildren; her eight cherished great-grandchildren; and her dear sister, Heide Kahle (Manfred) of Germany. Her family will receive friends on Thursday morning, March 20, 2025 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. before the Mass at the St. Pierre – Phaneuf Fairview Chapels, (413-533-3307), 506 Britton Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. The parking lot is located in the rear of the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Anne Church, 30 College Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Her burial will follow the Mass at Saint Michael Cemetery, 1601 State Street, Springfield, MA 01109.
