With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our inspiring sister, Donna Marie Dalton on October 16, 2024. Donna was a warrior in every sense, facing life’s challenges with grace and strength. Her dedication to her family and friends and her passion to help those struggling with life’s issues motivates us all to be better. Donna’s legacy is one of perseverance, love and unwavering support for those she cared about and she will remain forever in our hearts.
Donna was born on September 18, 1968 in Boston, MA. Preceding her in peace were her parents Edward “Sonny” and Barbara Dalton. Donna is survived by her life partner Michael Montiero and her beloved fur baby “Belle” whom Donna considered to be her child. Donna is also survived by her sisters Debra Mitchell and her husband Robert of Millis; Mary McVicar and her husband Mark of Franklin. Donna also leaves behind what we know she considered to be her most cherished possessions – her nieces and nephew. Britney, Victoria and Jake McVicar of Franklin. Amanda Mitchell of Millis. Catherine Schopp and Michelle Eger of Billerica. Donna’s nieces and nephew adored their Auntie Donna and will forever miss her love and support of all things they pursued. Memorial funeral service will be held to honor her incredible journey on Friday, November 1st at Brady & Fallon Funeral Home, 10 Tower St., JAMAICA PLAIN at 11:00 am. Inurnment in St. Joseph Cemetery, WEST ROXBURY. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
