SOUTH PORTLAND- Sharon Patricia Getchell, age 82, passed away on April 24, 2024, at her home. Sharon
was married to Robert Getchell for 61 years. Sharon worked for AT & T for over 40 years.
Sharon enjoyed time with her family, reading, making puzzles, and working with flowers in her backyard.
She is predeceased by her husband, Robert Getchell and two of her sisters, Diane and Katherine.
Sharon is survived by her one remaining sister, Barbara, and her two children, David Getchell and his
wife Missy of Scarborough, and daughter, Lisa Morton of South Portland. Sharon also has two
grandchildren who meant the world to her, Sean Getchell and Britney Morton.
