LEICESTER: Priscilla W. (Cullen) Graves, 92, of Pleasant Street, died Monday, May 23 surrounded by her family in her daughter's home after an illness.
She leaves a son Glenn A. Graves and his wife Terry of Auburn, a daughter Sue E. Spear and her husband Roland of Oxford, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers; Robert M., Stephen J. and William J. Cullen and two sisters Wilma A. Jones and Shirley J. Cullen.
Mrs. Graves was born in Leicester, daughter of John P. and Vera A. (Mallard) Cullen. She worked in the warehouse at Millbrook Distributors for many years retiring in 1988. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and their Women's Club. She was also a member of the Senior Citizens of Leicester and the Leicester Housing Association. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren.The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of VNA of Southern Worcester County Hospice for their compassionate care giving.
The funeral will be held Saturday, May 28 at 10:30 AM in Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 1048 Main Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in North Cemetery, Oxford. Calling hours are Friday, May 27 from 5:00-7:00 PM in MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
