LEICESTER: Priscilla C. Gleason, 99, formerly of 1073 Main Street and San Antonio, Texas died Thursday, May 12 in Homestead Hall after a brief illness.
She leaves several nieces and nephews including her niece and caretaker Donna "Dee" Gleason of Leicester. She was predeceased by three brothers; David G. Gleason, Phillip J. Gleason and Paul M. Gleason and a sister Elizabeth H. Batstone.
Priscilla was born in Boston, daughter of Clifford J. and Edith M. (Gardner) Gleason. She graduated from Leicester High School and attended Becker College in Worcester. She worked in the accounting department for the United States Air Force at Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio for 37 years retiring in 1993.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, May 14th at 1:30 PM in Greenville Baptist Cemetery, 686 Pleasant Street, Leicester. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Greenville Baptist Church Food Pantry, P.O. Box 396, Rochdale, MA 01542.
