Obituary

Herbert F. Paulman, 85, of Salem, NH died Sat. April 17th at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA.

Herbert was born and educated in Vermont and graduated from Brattleboro High School. He graduated from Bentley College and Northeastern University. Herbert was in the US Army in the 248th Engineer Combat Battalion stationed in Europe. He retired as Controller from Eastern Tool and Stamping Co. in Saugus, MA.

Herbert was a member of the Pleasant Street United Methodist Church, a member of the Simon W. Robinson Masonic Lodge in Lexington, MA and the Spicket Lodge #85 in Salem, a member of the Scottish Rites in Boston and the Bektash Shrine in NH, a member of Salem Chapter #57 OES and a member of VFW Post #8546 in Salem. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing.

He was predeceased by his brothers Ernest Jr. and Raymond Paulman.

His wife of 45 years: Norma (Manor) Paulman of Salem, NH

Son: Karl Paulman and his wife Victoria of Salem, NH

Daughter: Sue and her husband Nathaniel Carmen of Milford, NH

Harriet Fairbank of Brattleboro, VT
Dorothy Rogstad of Arlington, TX

3 Grandchildren: Brooke, Lily and Taylor Johnson

Calling hours are Tues. April 20th from 3-5 and 7-9PMat Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.

The Funeral Service will be Wed. at 11AM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem.
