Jessie G. (Tompkins) Walters age 73 of Windham, NH, died Wednesday at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH.
She was born in New York, NY, where she grew up and attended schools. She had been a resident of Windham for the past 40 years, formerly of Milford, CT.
Mrs. Walters was an assembler for Centronics in Hudson, NH. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and loved outdoor adventures, such as white water rafting, mountain climbing, and sailing.
She was predeceased by her parents, Richard & Harriet (Hartridge) Tompkins. She was also predeceased by a sister Audrey Loumeau.
She is survived by her Husband Richard Walters of Windham, NH
2 Sons: Richard & his Wife Nicole Walters of Manchester, NH
John Walters of Litchfield, NH
1 Daughter: Georgia Walters of Manchester, NH
4 Grandsons: Christopher, Riley, Maxwell, & Jake.
Memorial calling hours will be held Tuesday, Nov. 6, from 4-8 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH. Funeral services will be private for the family.
