Uncle Frank, You are and will always be such a strong and loving being. You have been here as long as I can remember. You loved your family and we love you too, it was so obvious when we were all together. I can't imagine any day without you!!! Such fun memories of North Carolina and the "Rock the Boat" and the thunder storms. We all couldn't wait for your family to visit when you came from North Carolina, San Diego, Panama, we knew we would be at Nana's constantly eating Munchup, going out for ice cream or us kids sliding down Nana's stairs in the sleeping bags and yes All Of Us!! Say hello to my Nana and Auntie Arlene for me and I will see you in the next lifetime. I love you and I will celebrate you every day of my life. Love your neice Nicole and Nephew Deryn

Dear Marie and Family, Frank was a very special person and I am fortunate to have known and worked with him. His enthusaiasm and zest for life as well as his great sense of humor, was an inspiration to everyone he came in contact with. I will always think of Frank whenever I see a Christmas Tree. Frank will be greatly missed by both family and friends, but I know he will always be with us in spirit. My thoughts are with you all during this difficult time. Kathy Anjos

Frankie and I were kids growing up in New Bedford's south end, going to the same schools. Later on while in the Marine corp I met up with him in the Phillipines, he made it a career and i went on to work for the Sheriff's Dept. Low and behold while visiting N.B. and the then new jail, we met up with each other once again. My deepest sympathy to the Ramos family ! RIP My friend

To the Ramos and Pimental Families, My thoughts and prayers are with you in this very difficult time. I will truly miss my SVDP delivery partner. But remember that after the rain comes the rainbow, I will cherish the moments always, just as I hope you do. God bless you all.

On behalf of The Fisher Family, I want to extend our deepest sympathy and many blessings to the families of Frank. Having known both sides for so, so many years, it certainly feels like a part of us was also lost. Prayers and Blessings are surely sent out to all. Be strong for each other, because it is a deep wound when you lose someone, especially someone so young. I bowled with Frank on the same league for a couple of years, & he used to try to cheat, but he was fun to be around. :-) Take care of each other & God Bless. Vickie
