Joann Vanallen, 55, Palmyra, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, at Alive Hospice. A memorial service will be held at 3:00PM Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Tramel officiating. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born in New Rechelle, NY, on Nov. 30, 1955 the daughter of Joseph Louis Alfano and Barbara A. Henderson. She was a long time employee at Olive Garden. She is survived by one son Michael Herlihy and three grandsons Jesse, Jacob and Joseph Herlihy.
