Craft, James L., of Marshfield, Sept. l2, beloved husband of Linda M. Surprise-Craft and the late Priscilla (White) Craft. Dear father of Lynda Craft of Plymouth, Maureen Walker of Plymouth, Judith Krstec of Florida, Kathleen Cram of Plymouth and the late Sandra Pierce. Stepfather of Lyn Saba Sokolowski of CA. Loving grandfather of l6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Brother of William Craft of SC, Barbara Bennett of ME, and Sharlene Craft of Ct. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Jim was a retired self employed truck driver. He was a very active member of the BPOE both at the local and state level. Jim was a Past Exalted Ruler of the Marshfield Elks Lodge 2494, Past State Trustee, Past District Deputy and served on many committees at both levels. Jim also served in the US Navy.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
Funeral from the MacDonald Funeral Home, l755 Ocean St., rte. l39, Marshfield on Thursday at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ann by The Sea Church at l0 a.m.
Interment will be in Couch Cemetery, Marshfield at a later date.
