DuBois, Lynn M. (Powers) Of Marshfield, formerly of Humarock died August 5, at her home surrounded by her family; she was 51 years of age. Loving wife of Randy DuBois. Dear mother of Lori DuBois and her fiancé Patrick Carey of S. Boston, James DuBois of Marshfield and Michael DuBois of Marshfield. Daughter of Jean M. Powers of Duxbury and the late Francis R. Powers. Sister of Deborah Polcari and the late Francis Polcari of Marshfield, Francis R. Powers Jr. and his wife Michele of Marshfield, John R. Powers of Hanover, Jean Powers of Marshfield and Kimberly DeMichele and her husband Stephen of Dublin, Ohio. Sister-in-law of Debra Leland, her husband Joseph of Kingston and brother-in-law the late John R. DuBois. Also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and a large extended family.
Lynn was raised in Humarock and has lived in Marshfield since 1992. Lynn graduated from Scituate High School class of 1977. Her passion beyond family and friends was her love of gardening and the ocean.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday Aug 11, in St. Christine's Church 1095 Main St Marshfield at 10:00 AM.
Visiting hours Tuesday from 4 to 8 PM at the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St (rte 139) Marshfield.
Interment will be in the Couch Cemetery Marshfield.
