PLYMOUTH / PROVIDENCE – Anders L. Anderson, 66, died at Jordan Hospital in Plymouth on July 20, 2010.
Born in Taunton, he was the son of Fay D. (Rose) Anderson of Plymouth and the late Anders L. Anderson.
A Plymouth resident for the past three years, he had resided in Providence for many years prior.
A 1961 graduate of Providence Country Day School, he attended the University of Vermont, and later received a degree in Computer Science from Bryant College.
He also served in the Army National Guard.
Mr. Anderson was a retired general manager, employed by the former Anderson Toyota and Raynham Ford, where he started as a mechanic many years ago.
He enjoyed skiing, sailing, motocross racing, bicycling, and of late, refurbishing and riding old English-made three-speed bicycles.
Besides his mother, he leaves an aunt, Jacqueline Marshall of Taunton, and several cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Tuesday, July 27th at 12 Noon.
Calling Hours will be held later on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m.
