Methuen, MA – Frank F. Balevre, 67, died Thursday July 1, 2010 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Mr. Balevre was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and and while residing in Massachusetts was a graduate of Topsfield High School. For years he had been employed as Facilities Manager with the Gillette Corporation.
During the Vietnam Era he served his country in the United States Air Force before his honorable discharge.
He was a member of the Arnold Greenwood Post # 8349 VFW in Methuen, enjoyed fishing, shooting pool, and was very artistic.
The widower of Geraldine (Blouin) Balevre Frank is survived by one son Sean Balevre of Methuen, a stepson William Desroches of North Carolina his mother Barbara (Mouncey)Balevre of Texas, two brothers Gary and Dana Balevre of both Texas and Wisconsin, and his loving companion Claire Chretien as well as several nieces and nephews.
Friends may pay their respects on Friday July 9, 2010 at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen from 5-9 P.M.
