Susan A. (Medugno) Sullivan passed away on June 26, 2010. She was 85 years old.
A lifelong resident of Malden, Susan worked as a seamstress for many years out of her home. She was a member of the VFW in Somerville and loved to go dancing.
Susan was the devoted wife of the late Charles H. Sullivan. She was the beloved mother of Mary Ann Sullivan of Malden, John J. Sullivan and his wife Kristen of N. Chelmsford and the late Charles H. Sullivan Jr. Susan was the loving sister of Mary DiGregorio of Saugus and her late husband Albert, Frederick Medugno and his wife Pamela of San Diego, CA, Edward Medugno and his wife Lucy of Roslindale and the late Vincent and Thomas Medugno. She was the dear sister in-law of Jeanette Medugno of Malden and the cherished grandmother of Edward Fitzpatrick and his wife April, Theresa Fitzpatrick and Matthew and Ryan Sullivan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Wednesday, June 30th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Hearts Church, 297 Main Street, Malden at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Tuesday, June 29th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Interment will be in Cambridge Cemetery.
