Methuen: Mr. Earl G. Smerdon, 63, died Sunday at the Holy Family Hospital. Born in Lawrence, Mr. Smerdon had been an area resident all of his life. He was a retired employee of the Malden Mills and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by:
