Patricia A. “Patti” (Kelly) O’Donnell, 52 years old of Brockton died Tuesday February 23, 2010 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Kevin M. O’Donnell. She was born and raised in Brockton, a daughter of John F. and Betty A. (Carlson) Kelly of Brockton and remained a lifelong resident of the city. Patti was a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 1976 and also graduated from Massasoit Community College with a major in accounting. Most recently she worked as a credit analyst for Unishippers in Randolph and had previously worked for Gray, Gray & Gray LLC, CPA in Norwood and for the town of Easton in the Tax Collector Office. Patti enjoyed music, dancing and trips to Cape Cod, but most of all spending time with family and grandchildren.
Patti was the loving mother of Brianne O’Donnell of Brockton and Ryan O’Donnell of Easton; sister of Paula (Kelly) Lyon and Robert S. Kelly both of Brockton and grandmother of Evan Blue, Devin, Victoria, Alexander O’Donnell and the late Laila O’Donnell. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Barbara O’Donnell of Brockton and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Monday at 8am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Brockton at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday 3-7pm. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Patti may be made directly to her children.
