Born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, a resident of Chelsea for over 30 years and Everett for the last 15, Felix, at 69 years of age, passed away Tuesday morning at the Whidden Memorial Hospital in Everett shortly after being admitted. During his working years, Felix was a manger of a commercial cleaning company.
