What a great man George was. He cared deeply for his family and his community. He was the most interesting conversationalist we have ever met. He truly cared about what you thought and your ideas. He will be missed. Our prayers and love are with the family.

While it is not possible for me to be there in your time of sorrow, my thoughts are with you. I hadn't seen George in quite a few years and had the good fortune of running into him about a year ago. I have a number of fond memories of George especially the times Gary and I would hang out at Whites Lunch as kids and the many times George took us to Canobie Lake Park. You are in my prayers.

My condolences to the family. He was a fine man & a man of great integrity. I will always cherish the memories of a great weekend in Cooperstown, NY and watching many, many Celtics games with George. Tonight & Forever, George and Johnny Most will be calling the games from the best seat in the house! You will be missed!

My heart goes out to you Phyllis and your family. George certainly is a legend and one of my Derry hero's. We go back a long time to Whites Lunch baseball team and of course the Derry Jets mens basketball which was yet another sports team which he helped organize.
