Israel Feldman of Chelsea passed away after a short illness at the Massachusetts General Hospital on December 22, 2009. He was 84 years old. Born in Dorchester, MA he was educated in the Boston Schools. Israel was a resident of Chelsea most of his life. He retired from the food industry and he was a big Boston Red Sox Fan.
Israel was the beloved husband of Harriette (Blackman). Devoted father of Rhonda Deparolesa and her husband Edward, Mark Feldman and his wife Lynne, and Michael Feldman and his partner Francesca. He was the dear brother of the late Joseph, Benjamin, Samuel, and Phillip Feldman. He was also the loving Grandfather of David, Michelle, Julia, Noah, and Brianna.
A Graveside Service will be held at the Sharon Memorial Park, Dedham St., Sharon on Thursday December 24 at 9:45 A.M. Memorial observance will be Thursday only at his late residence following interment. Donations in his memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute for Children, 10 Brookline Place, West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445.
