Conchetta G. (Antonelli) Moran, 86, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died Thursday, November 26 at the Norwood Hospital surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. Moran. Born and raised in Allston, she was a resident of Stoughton for the past 47 years. Mrs. Moran was a homemaker. An avid Bingo player, she also enjoyed playing cards and cooking for her family.
Mrs. Moran is survived by her children, Joseph P. Moran and his wife Ann of Brighton, Linda E. Marchant and her husband John, James R. Moran and his wife Tina, Marie Elena Saraceno and her husband Michael and Mervina T. Johnson and her husband Earl all of Stoughton and Susan G. Moosick and her husband Michael of Brockton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 12-great grandchildren, many loving nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by 9 brothers and sisters.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Tuesday, December 1 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Monday 4-8 PM. Burial will be private. Donations in Conchetta’s name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
