OXFORD-Jared Z. Dubsky, 14, of Oxford, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 26th surrounded by his loving family. Jared was the youngest son of John and Pauline (Donohue) Dubsky. Besides his parents, he leaves a brother, Joshua and his fiancée, Monique England; four sisters, Jennifer Medieros and her husband Paul, Jessica Kasprzak and her husband Michael, Jerrika Dubsky and Justina Dubsky. He also leaves his paternal grandfather, John S. Dubsky, Sr. along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Jared was a ninth grade honor student at Oxford High School. He loved entertaining people in many ways, including acting in plays, telling jokes and stories, performing magic tricks and making his family and friends laugh. Jared spent much of his free time reading and playing guitar hero and rock band. He had aspirations toward a career in computer programming. Jared continues to help others as he did in life by donating his organs to save many lives. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UMass Memorial Hospital University Campus.
The funeral is Monday, June 1st from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Ann’s Church, 654 Main Street, North Oxford. Burial will be in North Cemetery. Calling hours are Sunday, May 31st from 4:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please send donations to AVM Research Fund, P.O.
