I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I have so many fond memories of her: sitting at the end of the kitchen table, her driving the baby blue rambler, how she made me feel at home at your house, putting her rings in the ammonia bottle under the sink, (great cook)the best fried steak and chicken cutlet sandwiches ever. Your mother did so enjoy just who all you boys were as people and embraced your personalities. Your mother had such a fun personality. She enjoyed life and never lost who she was even with all the crazy political pressures with campaigns and she remained herself. I loved hearing all of her stories of the good old days with her sisters. She could throw a party! I can imagine how proud she was of all of you and especially to be a grandmother. I remember when I brought Delaney by to see her how much she lit up. I consider myself lucky to have had her in my life even if it was for just a short time. I'm sure she was a wonderful grandmother and mother-in-law. You are all in my thoughts and prays as you go through this difficult time.
