TYNGSBORO- Roberta "Vickie" (Hall) Keddy, 58, a resident of Tyngsboro, died Monday December 15th at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, after a long and courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis and then with Leukemia. She was the beloved wife of Robert D. "Bob" Keddy, to whom she has been married for 27 years.
She was born in Laconia, NH on November 29, 1950, and was a daughter of Edith (Forsberg) Fortier of Tyngsboro and the late Robert Hall. She received her education in Billerica schools and she was a graduate of Billerica High School, class of 1968.
After graduation, Mrs. Keddy was employed as bookkeeper for the Billerica School Department, she then was employed as a customer service representative at the former EIL Instruments in Burlington where she met Bob, and finally as a customer service representative at Sears Department Store. She then began the most important work of her life, loving and caring for her family and taking care of their home.
She was a member of Tyngsboro Evangelical Congregational Church, and she was a Troop Leader for many years for the Tyngsboro Girl Scouts, Troop #153.
Mrs. Keddy enjoyed quilting, computer games, bird watching, gardening and spending time outdoors, but her true passion was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by six daughters, Cari-Ann Carlsen of Billerica, Stacie Gordon and her husband Tom of Bedford, NH, and Marcy Boucher and her husband Andrew of Tyngsboro, Linda Roy and her husband Paul of Dracut, Jean Hanley and her husband John of Sandown, NH, and Laura DeAngelo and her husband Anthony of Hampstead, NH; 11 grandchildren Victoria Carlsen, Johnathan Carlsen, Ella Gordon, Julia Gordon, Paul Hanley, Ryann Hanley, Matthew Roy, Kristina Roy, Nikolas DeAngelo, Anthony DeAngelo, and Ava DeAngelo; a brother Lenny Hall and his wife Carolyn of Boscowan, NH; a sister Linda Burbank and her husband Ray of Ft. Worth, TX; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services are entrusted to the care of DRACUT FUNERAL HOME 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT. Calling hours have been omitted. Her Candlelight Funeral Service will be held on SATURDAY evening at 6:30 PM at the Tyngsboro Evangelical Congregational Church, 23 Kendall Rd., Tyngsboro.
