Walter T. Colbert, 49, of Windham, NH died at home Tues. Nov. 18th after a courageous battle with cancer.
Walter was born in Poland, he grew up and was educated in Connecticut, graduating from Morgan High School in Clinton, CT in 1978. He received his BS in Business Management from Bentley College in 1982. Walter was a Software Support Specialist employed at IRI in Waltham, MA. He was also a realtor with Pater Real Estate Management Co. in Derry, NH.
Walter collected coins and stamps and loved working in his yard and had a talent for carpentry and masonry projects. He especially loved spending time with his family.
He was predeceased by his father John C. Colbert.

Calling hours will be Sun. from 3-7 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. A Funeral Mass will be held Mon. at 11:00 AM at St. Matthew Church in Windham, NH. Burial will be private for the family on Tues.
